I’m Kristi.

I’m a massage therapist and holistic health coach based in Eagle County, Colorado, serving clients throughout Eagle, Gypsum, and the Eagle River Valley.

My work is centered on helping people feel better in their bodies in a way that is realistic, sustainable, and connected to the whole person—not just isolated symptoms.

Over the years, I began noticing how often pain, tension, stress, recovery, inflammation, and nervous system overload overlap and influence one another. Many of the people I work with are active, health-conscious, and doing their best to care for themselves, yet still feel stuck in patterns that never seem to fully resolve.

My perspective is also shaped by my own lived experience with multiple head injuries, whiplash, and orthopedic surgeries, which deepened my understanding of recovery, nervous system sensitivity, and how the body adapts over time.

That understanding continues to shape the way I work.

My Approach

Over nearly two decades in therapeutic massage and bodywork, I began to notice that lasting change rarely comes from forcing the body harder.

It comes from working with the body in a way that creates enough safety, support, and consistency for it to respond differently.

My work is rooted in therapeutic bodywork and nervous system awareness, with the understanding that pain and tension are influenced by many overlapping factors---stress, recovery, movement patterns, lifestyle, inflammation, and overall load on the body.

Rather than applying the same approach to everyone, I pay attention to how your body is responding in real time:

  • Tissue tension and holding patterns
  • Breath and nervous system state
  • Recovery capacity and stress load
  • Areas of compensation and restriction

The goal is not to “fix” the body.

It’s to support better function, reduce strain patterns, and help your system move toward greater ease, resilience, and recovery over time.

  • Connecting internal wellness with external skin health

Who I Work With

Most of the people I work with are used to holding a lot---physically, mentally, and emotionally.

They’re active and generally good at pushing through what needs to get done. But over time, their body starts asking for something different than effort.

They notice it in subtle ways at first.
A tension that doesn’t fully let go.
A sense of being “on” even when they’re tired.
Recovery that doesn’t feel as complete as it used to.

Sometimes there isn’t a clear problem they can point to---just a feeling that their system needs a different kind of support.

A slower pace.
Less input.
More room for the body to soften on its own.

In sessions, this often means shifting out of doing and into allowing. Not fixing or forcing but giving the nervous system enough space to settle so the body can respond from a more regulated state.

Clients aren't looking for intensity or urgency.

They’re looking for steadiness, attention, and a quiet kind of care that meets the body where it actually is.

    Outside the Treatment Room

Outside of the treatment room, I continue studying integrative wellness, body-based therapies, holistic nutrition, and aesthetics.

I also stay connected to the same practices I encourage for my clients: movement, time outdoors, nourishing food, laughter, rest, and tending my garden whenever I can.

Those rhythms help keep me grounded, clear, and present in the work I do.
